I’m taking this Certificate Course for Professional Teaching so that I may become a licensed teacher and continue doing what I’m passionate about, teaching kids Culinary Arts. I have a BS Psychology degree from Ateneo de Manila University and have dreamed of pursuing a career in Special Education or Pre-School Education; however, circumstances have led me to a life in the corporate world, learning about Human Resources Management and Organization Development. In my spare time, I would still cook and bake to my heart’s content, which is why when the opportunity arose for me to become both a teacher and a practitioner of Culinary Arts, I grabbed it with both hands and feet!
